The rules for using Cautio.
The service
Cautio prepares for free a text with the product information required by Article 19 of Regulation (EU) 2023/988, from the data you enter, in the languages you choose.
Your responsibility
You remain responsible for the information in your listings: check that it is complete and correct, and add the warnings that specific rules require for your product.
No advice
Cautio does not give legal advice. Labels and common warnings were prepared with care, but we do not guarantee that they fit every product.
Liability
The service is free and provided as it is. Within the limits of the law, we are not liable for the use of the texts it prepares. Nothing in these terms limits the rights that consumer law gives you.
Applicable law
These terms follow Italian law. If you are a consumer, the mandatory rules of your country of residence also apply.
