Cautio does not receive what you type: the text is prepared in your browser.
Who is responsible
The data controller is Luca Montanari, Italy. Contact: cautio@hopholm.com.
What we process
Nothing you type in the form: your browser prepares the text and never sends it to us. The only data are the technical logs of Cloudflare, our hosting provider, which protect the site from attacks.
Why
To keep the site online and safe: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
What we do not do
No cookies, no statistics tools, no advertising, no profiling. Cautio serves its own fonts: your browser does not contact Google or other third parties.
Who else sees the data
Cloudflare, Inc. hosts the site as our processor and may process data in the United States under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.
Your rights
You can ask for access, correction, deletion and restriction, and you can object, by writing to cautio@hopholm.com. You can also complain to a data protection authority; in Italy, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali.
